Kristan Clarke – Founder

After managing the Press Event divisions of public relations firms both large and small, Kristan identified a need for a boutique Press Event Management firm in the outdoor, fitness and LOHAS industries. She now works with more than 20 brands on an ongoing basis.

Kristan has a unique knack for helping like-minded brands partner to save costs and increase results. She can work seamlessly with public relations firms as well as in-house PR, marketing and sales departments on events that create impact for your brand.

With Rendezvous Event Management’s conception, Kristan now includes in her portfolio events that are closer to home. Recently she has handled the press and marketing for a new business launch in Jackson Hole, organized photo shoots for Coleman camping products in Grand Teton National Park and developed uniquely Jackson incentive events for multi-billion dollar companies.

Born and raised on Cape Cod, MA, Kristan admits to rarely missing the ocean. Instead she is passionate about the mountains and spends most of her free time skiing, biking, hiking and running in the Tetons and beyond.

Emily is a destination specialist who genuinely enjoys planning travel and events, as well as sharing her love of resort destinations with her clients. Her reputation for quality, flexibility and thinking outside of the box is unsurpassed, and makes her a favorite among both her clients and vendors.

Having worked with all group sizes from family reunions to large corporations such as Abercrombie and Kent, Audi, Hyunda and multiple incentive houses, Emily guarantees a flawless and extraordinary event experience for companies, families or groups of friends.

Headed to the Tetons immediately after college, with only a “year off” in mind, Emily is still here almost a decade later. She never did take that “year off,” but she does take full advantage of the mountains as an avid rock climber, skier, runner and fisherwoman.
